Help for the Humotron app — connecting your wearable, reading your results, managing your data, and getting hold of a human when you need one.
Most questions we get are really "have I set this up properly?". Here's what a working setup looks like.
Open Track and connect the tracker you already wear. The connection is read-only and you can revoke it any time — we never write anything back to your device account.
We read back through your available history so you're not starting from zero. Some metrics show building baseline until there's enough data to say anything reliable.
Once a source is live, Decode turns it into insights, deep dives that pair two sources together, and a shortlist of things worth trying — each with its reasoning.
Jump to the answers below, or email us if none of it fits.
A device won't connect, keeps disconnecting, or isn't syncing new data.
"Not enough data", building baseline, or a reading that looks wrong.
Where they come from, why you got one, and what confidence means.
Booking, rescheduling, and controlling what a specialist can see.
What you paid for, how refunds work, and store subscriptions.
Disconnect a source, export your data, or delete everything.
Nearly always one of three things:
Still stuck? Email support@humotron.com with the device name and roughly when it last synced.
A single day can't tell a pattern from a fluctuation, so some readings need a minimum stretch of history before we'll show anything. Deep Dives need considerably more, because they're looking for a relationship across many paired days.
Keep the source connected and it fills in on its own. The screen tells you how much more is needed.
It happens — providers occasionally send duplicate or malformed readings, and one odd value can skew a chart. Send us a screenshot with the date and metric and we'll look into it.
Every one is generated from signals in your own connected data, and each shows its working: Why this (the underlying evidence), Why you (the specific reading that triggered it) and Why now (timing and expected course).
They're not ranked by what anyone pays us — we take no commission on what you buy. A good number of them, like habits and recipe bundles, are free and involve no purchase at all.
It reflects two things: how strong the evidence is behind the suggestion in general, and how clearly your own data matches the pattern it applies to. A lower confidence badge isn't a warning — it means it's worth exploring rather than something we'd lead with.
Open Decode → Expert, choose a focus area, and pick a specialist. Before the session you approve exactly which signals they can see — nothing is shared by default beyond what the consultation requires.
Sessions run on video. You can reschedule up to 24 hours beforehand from your confirmation. Their access to your approved data expires shortly after the session ends.
Experts are independent third parties responsible for their own advice. Booking one doesn't create a clinical relationship with us.
Purchases made inside the app are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds and subscription changes go through your store account rather than us:
For readings bought on the website, your payment covers the reading itself — not the supplements, devices, consultations or tests we point you to, which you buy separately from the relevant provider.
Because a reading is generated and delivered immediately, there are no change-of-mind refunds — but if it fails to deliver, is faulty, or you were charged in error, we will always put it right. Full detail in our Refund Policy.
You can disconnect any individual source at any time from Track, which stops us reading anything further from it.
To delete your account and everything associated with it, or to request a copy of your data, email privacy@humotron.com from the address on your account. It's free, we'll confirm when it's done, and deletion is permanent.
No. Humotron supports general wellness and self-understanding. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
Consumer wearables can be inaccurate or incomplete, and anything built on that data carries the same limits. Treat what you see as a prompt to look into something — not a finding.
Talk to a qualified professional before starting a supplement or changing your diet or exercise, especially if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or take medication. Full detail in our Medical Disclaimer.
Humotron is for adults. You must be 18 or over, and if you connect a device you're confirming it's yours or that you have permission to connect it.
Humotron is not for urgent or emergency use. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number — 999 in the UK, 112 across the EU — or go to your nearest emergency department. For urgent non-emergency help in the UK, call 111.
The full detail lives in our Privacy Policy. This is what it means day to day.
We never write anything back to your device or provider account. Revoke any time.
Your raw stream stays on your side. We work from computed scores — never your login.
Not to advertisers, not to the brands we mention. It isn't a revenue line.
Disconnect a source or erase everything, whenever you want.
This page covers the consumer app. If you're building on our recommendation engine, working with us as a partner, or need help with an enterprise agreement, our business team handles that separately — with its own docs, SLAs and contacts.
Email support@humotron.com. It helps a lot if you include your device or source, the screen you were on, and a screenshot if you have one. We aim to reply within 3 working days.
