The role
Signing a brand is the start. A brand only stays if its customers actually connect their trackers, see products that make sense to them and buy with more confidence than before. Somebody has to make sure that happens for every brand we sign.
That is this job. You will take each new brand from signed to live: getting their catalogue in, checking that the matches make sense for their products, helping them place Humotron where shoppers will see it, and showing them what it is doing once it is running. You will be the person at Humotron the brand knows by name.
For our first brands the founder works alongside you, hands-on, on setup and tuning. Your job is to turn what we learn doing that into a way of onboarding that works every time.
What good looks like
You can set a brand up from start to finish yourself: catalogue in, matches checked, widget placed, reporting explained. You have shadowed our live onboardings and noted every point where a brand got stuck.
You own onboarding. New brands go live quickly and without the founder. There is a written, tested onboarding path, and the questions brands ask most are answered before they ask.
Brands stay and grow with us, and you can show why with their own numbers. The first brands you onboarded are our reference customers. What you have learned has changed the product.
What you will do
- Run onboarding for every new brand: kickoff, catalogue sync, match review, placement in the store, and go-live.
- Check that what we recommend from a brand’s catalogue is sensible, and raise it with our data team when it is not.
- Advise brands on where and how to introduce Humotron to their shoppers so that people notice it and use it.
- Hold regular check-ins and show each brand what is happening: how many customers connect, what they buy, what changed.
- Be the first person a brand hears from when something is wrong, and see it through to fixed.
- Write and maintain the guides, checklists and answers that let brands help themselves.
- Spot the brands that are doing well and work with partnerships and marketing to tell their story.
- Spot the brands that are struggling early, and do something about it.
- Tell product and engineering what brands need, with examples, in order of importance.
What you bring
- Experience in customer success, onboarding, account management or implementation for a software product used by businesses.
- Comfort working inside an online store’s admin, ideally Shopify, and with product catalogues and spreadsheets.
- The ability to read a simple set of numbers and explain to a busy person what they mean.
- Calm, clear communication, in writing and on a call, especially when something has gone wrong.
- Attention to detail. A wrong match on a wellness product matters more than a wrong match on a T-shirt.
- The instinct to fix the cause, not just the ticket.
Nice to have
- Experience at a Shopify app or an e-commerce agency.
- Experience with wellness, supplement, skincare or nutrition products.
- Experience writing help content or running webinars.
- Basic familiarity with how web pages and themes are put together.
If you have most of this but not all of it, we would still like to hear from you.
Why join
- You will know every one of our first brands personally.
- What you learn goes straight into the product. There is no queue between you and the people building it.
- A role that can grow into leading customer success as the team does.
- You see the effect of your work in a brand’s numbers, not in a satisfaction survey.
- Share options, so that you own part of what you help build.
About Humotron
Humotron helps people choose wellness products from their own data. A person connects the tracker they already wear, and we match them to the supplements, skincare, footwear, habits and programmes that suit what their data shows, with the reason for each one. For businesses, the same matching runs inside their own store, practice or benefits programme, and they never see or hold anyone’s health data. Humotron is a wellness service, not a medical one.
Where we are
The product is built. It is live for individuals, and the business products are rolling out now. Humotron Ltd is a new company: founded by one person, built so far with a small development team. These are its first seven hires, and they start in January 2027. We are having first conversations now.
How we work
- Life comes first. We are remote first, we meet in person once a month, and we use AI so that the work fits inside a reasonable week.
- Small team, short distances. You work directly with the founder and see the effect of your work the same week.
- We say what we know and what we do not. That applies to customers, to each other and to this job spec.
- People’s health data is not ours to be careless with. Privacy is part of how the product is built, and part of every decision.
- We would rather show than tell: a working preview on a brand’s own catalogue beats a slide about it.
How we hire
- 1Apply. Attach your CV or add your LinkedIn profile. That is all we need, and a person reads every application.
- 2First call. Thirty minutes with Chinmay, our founder, on the role and on you. We cover base, bonus and share options.
- 3Working session. About an hour on a real problem from the role, worked through together. It is not a take-home test.
- 4Final conversation. Whatever is still open on either side, answered plainly. Then a clear decision, without a long wait.
We are an equal-opportunity employer. If you need an adjustment at any stage, tell us at careers@humotron.com. You will need the right to work in the country you are based in.
