The role

Almost nobody knows that the tracker on their wrist could help them choose what to buy for their sleep, their skin or their training. They guess, they follow an advert, or they ask a friend. Humotron exists to change that, and it only changes if people hear about it and believe it.

Your job is to make that happen: to turn “choosing wellness products from your own data” from something we have built into something people know about, understand and come to expect. You will own the brand, what it says and how it sounds, and all of our marketing, to individuals and to businesses.

Brand and marketing is at the centre of our plan for the next stage, so this is a central role, not a support one. You will set the plan, choose where the money goes, and build the team and the partners to deliver it. In the first months you will also do a good deal of it with your own hands.

What good looks like

First 30 days

You have used the product on your own data, read everything we have published and talked to real users and brands. You have a point of view on who we are for, what we should say to them first, and what we should stop saying.

First 90 days

There is a clear marketing plan with a budget, and the first campaigns from it are running. The brand has a consistent voice across the site, the app, social and outreach. We know what we are measuring and have a first honest read on what works.

First year

People outside our own network have heard of Humotron and can say what it does. A steady flow of individuals and businesses arrive without us chasing them. You have built a small team and a set of partners who do work you are proud of.

What you will do

  • Own the brand: positioning, voice, visual identity and the standards that keep them consistent everywhere.
  • Set the marketing strategy and budget across brand, content, social, partnerships, PR, paid media and events, and adjust it as results come in.
  • Tell the story to two audiences: people choosing products for themselves, and the brands, consultants and benefits teams who serve them.
  • Lead the launch of new products and markets, including our commerce launch and our work in the UK, the US and India.
  • Plan and run the campaigns, online and in the real world, that make this way of choosing familiar.
  • Build relationships with journalists, creators and communities who cover wellness, technology and retail.
  • Work with our external advisers so that everything we say about wellness is accurate, fair and within the rules on health claims.
  • Hire and lead the marketing team, and choose and manage agencies and freelancers.
  • Work closely with partnerships so that marketing produces the conversations they need.
  • Report plainly on what the spend is achieving.

What you bring

  • Experience leading brand or marketing for a consumer product, with responsibility for the plan, the budget and the result.
  • Evidence that you have taken something unfamiliar and made it understood by a wide audience.
  • Range: you can set a brand direction, brief a campaign, judge creative work and read the numbers afterwards.
  • A plain, human writing voice, and the taste to recognise when copy sounds clever instead of clear.
  • Experience marketing to both consumers and businesses, or a convincing account of how you would learn the one you have not done.
  • Experience building a small team and working with agencies.
  • Respect for the rules around health and wellness claims, advertising standards and personal data.

Nice to have

  • Experience in wellness, health, beauty, fitness or consumer technology.
  • Experience launching a new category, or a brand in more than one country.
  • Experience with out-of-home, retail or experiential campaigns as well as digital.
  • Experience at an early-stage company where you were the first marketer.

If you have most of this but not all of it, we would still like to hear from you.

Why join

  • A real idea to work with, and a product that already does what the marketing will say.
  • A meaningful budget and the authority to decide how it is used.
  • You define a brand from close to the beginning, working directly with the founder.
  • The chance to build your own team.
  • Share options, so that you own part of what you help build.

About Humotron

Humotron helps people choose wellness products from their own data. A person connects the tracker they already wear, and we match them to the supplements, skincare, footwear, habits and programmes that suit what their data shows, with the reason for each one. For businesses, the same matching runs inside their own store, practice or benefits programme, and they never see or hold anyone’s health data. Humotron is a wellness service, not a medical one.

Where we are

The product is built. It is live for individuals, and the business products are rolling out now. Humotron Ltd is a new company: founded by one person, built so far with a small development team. These are its first seven hires, and they start in January 2027. We are having first conversations now.

How we work

  • Life comes first. We are remote first, we meet in person once a month, and we use AI so that the work fits inside a reasonable week.
  • Small team, short distances. You work directly with the founder and see the effect of your work the same week.
  • We say what we know and what we do not. That applies to customers, to each other and to this job spec.
  • People’s health data is not ours to be careless with. Privacy is part of how the product is built, and part of every decision.
  • We would rather show than tell: a working preview on a brand’s own catalogue beats a slide about it.

How we hire

  1. 1
Apply. Attach your CV or add your LinkedIn profile. That is all we need, and a person reads every application.
  2. 2
First call. Thirty minutes with Chinmay, our founder, on the role and on you. We cover base, bonus and share options.
  3. 3
Working session. About an hour on a real problem from the role, worked through together. It is not a take-home test.
  4. 4
Final conversation. Whatever is still open on either side, answered plainly. Then a clear decision, without a long wait.

We are an equal-opportunity employer. If you need an adjustment at any stage, tell us at careers@humotron.com. You will need the right to work in the country you are based in.
