The role

People find Humotron, start one of our journeys, such as finding the right tracker or connecting the one they have, and either finish it or drop out somewhere along the way. Each of those steps can be measured and improved. Somebody needs to own that, end to end.

Your job is the measurable side of growth: bringing the right people to the site and the app, getting them to start, and getting them to finish. You will run acquisition across search, social, email and partners, look after how the site converts, and keep our tracking and reporting trustworthy.

It is a hands-on role. You will set up the campaign, write the first version of the copy, read the data and make the change yourself, for both the consumer side and the business side.

What good looks like

First 30 days

You have checked our tracking end to end and trust it, or have fixed it. You know the current numbers for each journey, where people drop out, and which three things you would test first.

First 90 days

Tests are running every week. At least one journey converts clearly better than when you arrived. We know what a new user costs through each channel and which channels are worth more money.

First year

Growth is predictable enough to plan around. There is a set of channels we rely on, a regular rhythm of testing, and a reporting view the whole company uses. The business-side funnel is run as carefully as the consumer one.

What you will do

  • Own the funnels: from first visit, through each journey, to payment, sign-up or enquiry.
  • Plan and run acquisition across search, paid social, email, referral and partner channels, within an agreed budget.
  • Run a steady programme of tests on pages, journeys, pricing presentation and messages, and write up what each one taught us.
  • Look after search: what people look for, the pages that answer it, and how the site appears in results.
  • Build the email and messaging that brings people back at the right moment.
  • Keep analytics accurate: events, journeys, attribution and the reports built on them.
  • Support outbound to businesses with the right lists, sequences and landing pages, and measure what comes of it.
  • Work with engineering and design to get changes shipped, and with brand to keep everything sounding like us.
  • Report each week on what moved, what did not and what you are doing next.

What you bring

  • Hands-on experience running paid and organic acquisition and improving conversion for a consumer or e-commerce product.
  • Fluency with analytics tools and with tracking set-ups, and a healthy suspicion of numbers you have not checked.
  • A sound grasp of testing: what a fair test is, how long to run it and when a result means nothing.
  • The ability to write a clear headline and a clear page without waiting for someone else to.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets and, ideally, some SQL.
  • Good judgement about personal data. We work with people’s health data and hold ourselves to a high standard on consent and tracking.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing a subscription, marketplace or app as well as a website.
  • Experience with business-to-business outbound and its tools.
  • Experience across the UK, the US and India.
  • Experience in wellness, health or fitness.

If you have most of this but not all of it, we would still like to hear from you.

Why join

  • Clear ownership of numbers that matter to the whole company.
  • Journeys that are already built and instrumented, with plenty of room to improve them.
  • Short distance from idea to live: you can change something on Monday and read the result on Friday.
  • Both a consumer and a business funnel to work on.
  • Share options, so that you own part of what you help build.

About Humotron

Humotron helps people choose wellness products from their own data. A person connects the tracker they already wear, and we match them to the supplements, skincare, footwear, habits and programmes that suit what their data shows, with the reason for each one. For businesses, the same matching runs inside their own store, practice or benefits programme, and they never see or hold anyone’s health data. Humotron is a wellness service, not a medical one.

Where we are

The product is built. It is live for individuals, and the business products are rolling out now. Humotron Ltd is a new company: founded by one person, built so far with a small development team. These are its first seven hires, and they start in January 2027. We are having first conversations now.

How we work

  • Life comes first. We are remote first, we meet in person once a month, and we use AI so that the work fits inside a reasonable week.
  • Small team, short distances. You work directly with the founder and see the effect of your work the same week.
  • We say what we know and what we do not. That applies to customers, to each other and to this job spec.
  • People’s health data is not ours to be careless with. Privacy is part of how the product is built, and part of every decision.
  • We would rather show than tell: a working preview on a brand’s own catalogue beats a slide about it.

How we hire

  1. 1
Apply. Attach your CV or add your LinkedIn profile. That is all we need, and a person reads every application.
  2. 2
First call. Thirty minutes with Chinmay, our founder, on the role and on you. We cover base, bonus and share options.
  3. 3
Working session. About an hour on a real problem from the role, worked through together. It is not a take-home test.
  4. 4
Final conversation. Whatever is still open on either side, answered plainly. Then a clear decision, without a long wait.

We are an equal-opportunity employer. If you need an adjustment at any stage, tell us at careers@humotron.com. You will need the right to work in the country you are based in.
